Park 400 Camping Club is an RV camping club located on 38.1 acres at 3843 State Route 109, Copalis Beach, Washington 98535, incorporated by the State of Washington in 1973.  We are different from your typical RV camping club because we are small member owned and run organization.  All members are part of the Park 400 Association, Inc.  The Park is managed by a Board of Directors elected annually by the Park 400 Association membership. In accordance with our water system approval, members may not stay in the park more than 180 days per year.

The Park 400 Camping Club is intended as a camping club for Association members to enjoy on a PART-TIME basis and is not a location intended for members use as their permanent or primary  residence or abode.

You MUST be a member of the Association or a guest of a member to use the Park.  There is no public or temporary use or sites in the Park.  All guests must be sponsored and accompanied by a member while in the Park (see RR&P paragraph 19-6 for details).

With only 118 memberships, we are more like a small family than a corporation.  Members volunteer their time to help with Park improvement projects, serving on committees, and even serving as a member of the Board of Directors.

Membership is restricted to individuals, married couples, or domestic partners.  Members are assigned one of the Association's 118 camping lots for their exclusive use and share common facilities and spaces.  Members can leave their RV on their assigned lot year around, or come and go.  Costs are a monthly membership fee plus metered electrical usage.  Water and sewage are provided as part of the membership dues.  Year-round caretakers live on the property, maintain the common areas, and keep an eye on things.

Park 400 has a large clubhouse with a general use kitchen, pool and ping-pong tables, a comfortable lounge area with fireplace, chairs and TV, restrooms with pay showers, a pay sauna, and commercial coin washer and dryer room.  Attached to the clubhouse is a large outdoor swimming pool which is open seasonally.

To obtain a membership you must purchase a membership from a current owner.  All membership sales are private transactions between the seller and buyer, NOT the Park 400 Association. Many times members sell private property (such as their RV) along with the membership.  See the "Memberships For Sale" section of this website to see if any memberships are for sale and how to contact the seller.  Once you have contacted the seller, you can arrange for a visit to the Park.  Uncoordinated (e.g. just drop by to have a look) visits are not allowed.  YOU MUST coordinate your visit with the current member you are considering purchasing a membership from.  All visitors MUST be escorted by a member to enter the Park.
