IMPORTANT NOTICE: All sales listed on this page are for Park 400 memberships and associated private property (e.g. RV trailer) ONLY.  Park 400 Association owns the land/camping lot which CANNOT be sold.  Members are assigned a camping lot for their sole use.  All sales are private transactions between the buyer and seller - not the Park 400 Association.  Since all memberships are currently owned, the Association maintains the lot assignment that is currently associated with the membership.   In accordance with our water system approval, members may not stay in the park for more than 180 days a year. To view a lot, you MUST contact the owner and make an appointment.  If you show up to the Park without prior coordination, you will be turned away.
